I was asked to share this video of a 84 year old grandmothers house in Graiguenamanagh co Kilkenny which flooded today. More flood relief is badly needed in Graiguenamanagh and many other areas. Over years Ministers have visited and made promises but not delivered.

Early warning out for strong winds Sunday evening and latest high resolution charts show strong gusts into many areas but strongest in Southwest and West. Very wet at times Sunday also. There is a risk of warnings being upgraded so keep an eye on updates. More later.

Temps will drop back quickly after dark with a sharp frost early but as cloud and rain reaches the West by early morning temperatures will increase a little in West. The rain could fall as sleet and snow for a time on higher ground and rain onto frozen surfaces could mean icy patches for a time
