That's fair, but also every demon shown thus far are active predators that prey on humans, incapable of coexistence, and nearly conquered the world in Frieren.
Demons can also be viewed as fascists, and Frieren is one of the few alive that was around when said conquering was in full swing.

While true, the work of rehab is labor intensive work. The rate they could be rehabbed isn't fast enough to stem the tide of the harms they commit. It's work for afterward
