The default hold-for-eyedropper keybind (ctrl-click) is a little below that, in "Alternate Invocation"... I don't think there's a way to turn the eraser into a hold without plugins, though v_v

Wait, no, you can!
It's buried under Canvas Input Settings -> Tool Invocation, but if you bind something to a key + button there, it'll work exactly like that (even with a tablet)!

Heads up, to get pen pressure working, I had to
1. Turn on the "experimental features" (near the bottom of the Settings page)
2. Add my tablet under "USB Passthrough" (halfway down the page)
That's what lets WinBoat's Windows instance see your tablet as an actual tablet, rather than a mouse!
