It's sad but pretty much all websites are subject to attacks - mostly automated opportunists rather than targetted. Good hosts monitor these to spot persistent troublemakers. I do. I recently contacted an ISP to inform them of a user doing this & got a good but worrying reply😂.

I don't normally eat breakfast, but as a treat I bought a bag of this... mocha chocolate/coffee flavoured granola. It's amazing! So good I even posted about it on social media 🙄. I don't think it contains ground-up barista, but you never know.

Just found out that England's #Euro2025 #Lionesses incredible goalkeeper Hannah Hampton went to my old school! Not only was she crucial in our win against Spain, but was named player of the match for the final. Fantastic #football
