Thankfully most of the old raid stuff doesn't really get niddy griddy anymore and if you guessed most things thats really good intuition!
Most of the time if you don't know what to do in a raid following what everyone else is doing is a good start, or look for the jumping person.

Just remember you really only need to worry about your own alliance and 8 people. If your healing it makes it easier to think that way and every once in a while make sure the other alliance healers are still alive. Otherwise all the chaos will consume you ~
