3과 같은 경우는 말씀대로 구조상 일어날 수 없죠. 1의 경우에 더해 인용 포스트가 작성된 *뒤에* B가 C를 차단하거나 C가 B를 차단할 때도 이 '차단됨' 표시가 나타나는 것 같더라구요.

인용 포스트의 경우 본인이 차단을 당하지 않더라도 인용자 또는 피인용자가 상대를 차단하면 그렇게 표시되는 것 같더라구요.
