Neena paused for a moment and rubbed the back of her head "I know I've missed some therapy sessions, but I've gotten busy with work"
❝It's good to see you too, 𝘮𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘶𝘯𝘥!❞ He chuckled before letting go and sitting back.
"You little elf..."
She said playfully and gave his hair a shuffle. "I was checking up on you~"

❝Looking for me,𝘨𝘭𝘶̈𝘤𝘬𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥? What can I help with?❞
Cue the playful tone of the blue-skinned teleporter behind her.

"How the hell did they find the Legacy virus.. Logan, they had both Legacy and M-pox.. and that was only /one/ of their facilities"
She fanned herself as her fever continued to rise.
He simply states as he helps her out of the bar, having left a few varied dollar bills on the counter beforehand, taking her to his pickup truck and driving off.
❝You need to be more careful. Your luck powers ain't a save-all.❞
"Thanks, you are the only person I can turn to unfortunately"
Even like this she was playful. Her allowed him to hold her "do I get to keep the drink?"

❝C'mon. Might as well use the gate in Central Park to get you back to Krakoa before we need to use the resurrection protocol on you.❞
He basically pulled her up a a way of helping her, and started walking.
Neena scoffed, finishing the first shot and refilling the bottle. As she did, it nearly slipped, and she quickly grabbed it with both hands.
"I tried to contact Elixir, but he's not picking up. I can't drive either"

"I tried to contact Elixir, but he's not picking up. I can't drive either"
A brief moody grumble would come for him as his grip tightened on his glass. Not out of annoyance, moreso frustration at Neena for taking such a dangerous risk by herself.
She paused to take a sip and shook her head before looking away
"..turns out they were weaponizing viruses" she said, a sharp cough escaped her throat.

❝How bad?❞ He would simply ask, before taking another swig of his drink.
She explained, raising the glass to drink. Only by the first sip the glass cracked— breaking, but she wore gloves thick enough for her to not get hurt.
"A op went bad and I'm in trouble"

He shrugged casually, pouring her a glass and only ever so accidentally spilling some of it on the counter, before filling up the glass and placing the bottle back down.
❝Why were you shadowing me, anyway? Looking for me or something?❞ He asked simply enough.

She continued and took an empty glass for him to pour the alcohol into. They still had some eyes on them— it was hard to miss, especially a woman with a blade on her back and guns.
"I'll need more than one tonight..." >
He explained casually enough as he gestured for the bartender, followed by an empty glass and a bottle of whiskey being placed in front of him.
❝Want one?❞ He asked while already pouring himself a glass.
"Good, you still spend your nights at bars?"
She chuckled, noticing the familiar way he said her name. Upon entering, she slid her pistols into their thigh holsters and joined him as he sat on the counter

He would ask casually as he just continued walking with the mercenary in tow, just casually walking into a bar, his tone containing a small hint of the intimacy they once shared, particularly in the way he said her name. Eyes all around the bar stared at both in the counter.
"Long time no see, claws"
She said when she was close enough.
