Laughable difficult, or laughable small?

I already pre-ordered the ebook and the print book, just wondering if you're rockstars yet.

Used books do not directly benefit the author or publisher. Donating used books to your library, or selling them to a used bookstore does encourage new fans, however, who might then go out and buy the author's other books new.

Though I'm currently frustrated at Windows because my Windows 10 machine works just fine, but can't update to Windows 11, so now I'm faced with security holes that will never be patched, or switching to linux, which is just exhausting to think about.

The cost to the economy is companies business model depending on planned obsolescence.

After Apple and Samsung(?) lost lawsuits for their software draining batteries faster after a certain period of time, they can't force you into a new phone/PC every 15 months.

Denial and anger that you would suggest such a thing, most likely. They've never cared about the truth before, why would they start now?

I agree podracing and Duel of the Fates are the only good scenes in Phantom Menace.

I disagree with Andor being the best Star Wars property, from the original thread. I don't like good guys committing war crimes. That said, I didn't get very far into the series.

USDA just calls it hamburger, not hamburger meat.

I think it's because in some areas hamburger is also used as a term for ground beef.

I see a lot of people offering to help automate the conversion process, but uh... Is there anything we can due to help keep you out of traffic?
