It's really annoying to see people nitpick and scrutinize indie animation shows when the animation industry has been dying for the last 3+ years and these indie shows are kind of the last hope for shows to get made.

I hate the online reaction cycle that praises a piece of art a lot and uses it as an example of what’s good about the medium but then the moment it gets awards or enough acclaim or fandom, suddenly we have to talk about how it’s actually not really that good and it’s overrated and always sucked
