Oh, I thought it was the phone or camera you took the picture with that made the second pic look lower in quality

Maybe it's cuz my set up has always been trash, but what is the exact issue shown here?

My clients get WIPs, but I never post any publicly. The video I was watching had people saying every artist should have a history of WIPs posted to their socials and process videos ready to share and I'm like ????
