but when i asked the medical record office to hand it over they told me that they'll charge me after 2 weeks from now after the doctor signed it and it made me a little anxious that it'll cost more than what I'm told. if not i will use it if i need a rollator too or for a psychotherapy session (3/4)

i will save/use the rest of the money just in case i have to pay more for the fee of my psychiatrist filling the OKU (Registered Disabled person) form. the psychiatrist office told me its around the RM100+ to RM190 price range- (2/4)
