I'll still look at the evaluation objectively, and won't base my overall opinion on the lack of following instructions... But come on...

What looks even worse? A VPAT that isn't completed properly.
1. Remove the instructions pages
2. Fill out the names and dates

I'm going through one right now that doesn't actually say what product it is evaluating... It could be anything.

Very good information. It should be shared with the youth robot clubs.

My theories are:
A. NASA has been gutted by the administration's war on Federal spending so the comms department is silent, or...
B. They have nothing to report other than, "huh, that's weird and interesting..."
Two very Occam's Razor theories, but it applies right now.

I'm curious if this is for an iOS device. On Android devices I've plugged a USB drive in, a prompt appears that lets me switch the USB mode from charging to data and the drive connects.
And if I'm crossing borders, I'd be careful about crossing borders with video that I didn't rip myself.

Minnesota State Parks have had these available for a few years, and just a few months ago I saw a visitor using one when I was out hiking! I'm happy that more state park systems are providing these.

#Gemini is terrible at home automation commands, which is >90% of what I use it for. When it misinterprets a command it's so annoying, often playing some random music titled "turn on lights," or answering a question I didn't ask...

Billions of dollars to do shit poorly. Terrible job, Sundar.
