I got to meet Spirit this weekend for his 30th birthday at @returntofreedom.bsky.social’s wild horse sanctuary.

I’m not kidding, this is the real horse that Dreamworks used as the inspiration/muse for Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Confirmed, he is JUST as sassy as his animated self.
