NCLEJ is the national leader in SNAP delay litigation. We’re fighting to compel state agencies to fix their broken management of SNAP so that low-income people can get access to the food benefits they need to survive and are entitled to receive.

If you were mad that people lost their SNAP benefits during the shutdown, you should continue to be engaged as much work remains to fix what’s broken.

Even when the government shutdown ends, much work remains to fix America’s broken food benefits landscape. NCLEJ is the national leader in SNAP litigation, and we are continuing our fight to expand access to the food benefits low-income people need to survive and thrive.

When the shutdown ends and funding gets back to normal, much work remains to dismantle illegal barriers to access. Our lawsuit will ensure that low-income Missourians get access to the food benefits they need and are legally entitled to receive.
