42 million Americans will lose nutrition assistance Nov 1 unless the USDA releases readily available contingency funds to restore these benefits.

Our Jewish tradition calls on us to care for those in need. We call on USDA to use contingency funds now to feed hungry families.

Yesterday, our opposition of Paul Ingrassia's nomination to lead the Office of Special Counsel made national news. Now we welcome the news that he has withdrawn from consideration.
