Decades of exposure and aging materials have taken their toll. Now, the greenhouse is getting a full-scale restoration.

That means we are:  
🔧 Replacing the windows, shades   
🎨 Removing hazardous materials  
🏗️ Reinforcing structural elements   
🚿 Improving the rainwater system and more!

We were able to reintroduce public swimming at Dow’s Lake after conducting robust testing within the swim area.

By enhancing access to the shorelines, this project reconnects the community to its waterfront and has welcomed over 75,000 visitors in its first season.
