Nah i dont think thats the case at all, i think it just gives the impression i mentioned above. Like i said i cant say that E33 didnt deserve the win the categories it did. I just think other titles deserved it equally and in some cases more so.

I think Moist actually said it best in his video, E33 is a very good game that did solidly win in the categories that it one. However it was allowed to outshine a lot of other solid contenders who deserved some spotlight. It feels like its THE ONLY good game that came out this year.
