Good news and bad news!
I lost 3.2 pounds over vacation (had a few treats, food there is not very healthy overall so idk how)
BUT I had a massive nosebleed last night around 1 am. My nightgown looked like I was at a murder scene when I got up and looked :(

Wow I feel like a jerk! I opened YouTube on my tablet, the popup to connect to the TV was the one my dad was using not mine 😔

Man just wanted to listen to music while exercising. Thankfully he was able to switch back quickly. Yes I apologized and said it was an accident. Still feelsbadman.
