Me in a nutshell : mom, wife, eccentric, passionate silly, ai artist, amateur nature photographer, and a St Bernard puppy owner 🐕
thing, whether the models keep the actual images forever. And even that doesn't mean ai art models are theives. The idea that even just training AI model on artist images, is "theft" has been dismissed because anyone who understands fair use or transformative use understands that it's not theft 👍

Have you ever heard of the case where a website used a photographers pics as thumbnails for their search engine. No compensation. No "permission". Photographer sued. Website won 👍 Transformative use is a branch of fair use. The lawsuits that are still open against Ai art generators hinge on one

but the reality is much, much more complicated that. Which is why art museums etc have embraced it as a new art form. You can have your opinion, but no it does not make it fact. Ai art is art, it's never going anywhere either. As the saying goes. Good luck putting the genie back in the bottle ✌️

Will you tell that to the Art museums that have entire galleries dedicated to AI art? And what about the Creative Commons, who also gave their judgement that the way AI art generators work falls under fair use 👍I get you have no clue how they work either than "it's a machine that spits out images"

Putting it in quotations doesn't change the fact that it's art. Art museums, news outlets, Creative Commons, Adobe etc call it Ai Art. Your opinion is your opinion, but it doesn't change reality. Neither does putting quotation marks around a word 👍
