The conference ended with my keynote “We still don’t have psychological safety”, where I talked about one of my favourite topics. I explained what psychological safety is, why we need it, how leaders play a great part in creating safety. And then about the many signs that we don’t have it.

Last week I spoke at Agile Cambridge, and it was great being back.

I arrived in 18 degrees so started with a walk on campus :)

As always the people and the discussions were the best parts. Some people I had not seen since before the pandemic, some were new, and some I got closer to 💕

I combined my colourful rainbow colour-ish dino dress with my new orange cardigan (or hot coral) - thanks to @pejgan.se for finding that. Not visible are my orange rings and matching earrings :)

Long time no #reversecasualfriday :)

Today I used a bit of my energy to dress up in navy blue and baby pink. What you can’t see on the picture is that I am wearing a ring with a fake sapphire with white blink around, and earrings that are also dark blue with white bling around :)

We have entered the new year, holidays are over, and I am back to my daily life :)

Next week the team that I will be working with will be back from their holidays, and I will be building a new routine with work every day - yay 💥

I know it is not #reversecasualfriday so I decided it is #reversecasualtuesday as I dressed up a bit for last day in the office this year :)

The dress has lots of red in it, so it works fine with the nice red hairband and the candy cane necklace with matching earrings :)

One of the few good thing about working from home is that I can wear pants that are too cold to wear outside at this time of year :)

I didn’t get around to #reversecasualfriday today, so here are some pictures of a few Christmas decorations of mine.

My Christmas Yoda and dino, my Christmas troll family and their pet lizard from Arizona, and my Pink Panther prefers the Jack Skellington ornament :)

Day two of #agileTD - only one dress today :)

I did my talk “We need more managers”, and I decided to were my wonderfully colourful unicorn dress :)

It is colorful, nice to wear, it has pockets, and it has unicorns on it. Strong black unicorns because we can do it!

At #agileTD we are a bunch of people who have ballgown breakfast. Some come in ballgowns, some in other dresses, some in cool tshirts, some with bowtie and suspenders etc

It is really just a reason to dress up :)

This year I went for my darkblue dress with fake pearl accessories :)

Today I double checked that all my tweets are gone except one saying that I have gone to bluesky.

I used Redact to remove the first batch, but it did not take retweets and quotes.

I used a chrome extension to remove the rest: "Tweet Delete - Bulk Delete Tweets"

Lastly I updated my banner

Some ground rules for me:

Use alt text on picture. Use the option in settings called “Require alt text before posting” to help you remember :)

Start each new word in hashtag with a capital letter #AccessibilitySetting

And block trolls right away instead of engaging.
Screen dump of the top of Accessibility settings in bluesky, where you set up Alt text. It shows that “Require alt text before posting” is enabled and “Display larger alt text badge” is disabled.

Hi Jamie’s blåhaj :)

I am Gitte’s baby blåhaj and here I am with my friend Alom Tars - that means dream companion :)

We want to tell you to not nipple at seals. By not doing that you get new friends and can cuddle with them and the humans. Much better than a seal!
