There's a lot of transformational talk "we will transform the business" but not a lot of thought given to application. Not everything is doubled in productivity by a chatbot.

My first experience with Indian christians in India was fairly shocking. Super friendly woman (doing me a favor) went on some replacement theory rant and really was expecting me to be two thumbs up as a Christian.
