Network Management and the Police are apparently fine with this, so I have done everything I can think of. Just don't say I didn't warn you!

This is basically because the current off road works to the west of Oxford Road (where the new 'off' slip will join up) now spills out onto the carriageway slightly, and so traffic coming up and wanting to join the A34 north needs to have priority to avoid tailbacks here

We can’t keep rinsing current taxpayers of working age for historical ‘wrongs’ (dubious…) like this. They’re already getting screwed. Another £10B+ isn’t trivial
