Articuno caught. After I sung him to sleep with Lapras he was pretty trivial to catch, just a dozen or so Ultra Balls. The Seafoam Island caves though… brutal.

Zapdos has been caught! I’m so glad I saved right before starting the fight - his Drill Peck move was pretty much a game ender for me. Quit and try again.
Took 7 Ultra Balls.

Pokémon Yellow update. After reaching Fuschia City, I relaxed by going on safari in the Safari Zone (caught a Tauros). Later, I broached the gym. Most the trainers were easily defeated, but Koga was CLOSE. Even my Mew fainted - the final blow was dealt by my Charmander with only 3 HP left!

It’s a good thing I have no plans to purchase any new computing device any time soon, with RAM prices as they are. Perfectly happy with everything I own.

Next weekends F1 finale is set to be one of the greatest F1 races in existence. In my heart I want Lando to win, but if Max wins he absolutely deserves it. Tbh even if he doesn’t win, he still absolutely deserves to. Simply the greatest driver on the grid right now.

I have a wish that Nintendo/Gamefreak would release an accessory for Pokemon Wind and Waves (Gen 10) that could take your GB/GBC/GBA Pokemon cartridges and allow transferring Gen 1 to Gen 3 Pokemon up to the latest generation.
I hope that it happens soon - those save game batteries are borderline!
