Update: I had court today that took 5 hours. I got them to settle for 4108 (past due balance+rent this month +legal fees) I have until the 28th of this month to pay it. I have reached out to my county and a non profit to see if they can assist. As well as 3 weeks of work to help

I found another job at a comedy club, it went well. But now my checks have been bouncing and my tips over the weekend were written I checks. How I got in this situation, I work in the service industry and have had very bad luck with some toxic workplaces. One fine dining restaurant I worked at committed wage theft, causing me to get behind. Then being on unemployment, barely being able to make rent payments plus job hunting 2/3
