amazon even has a setting where you can alert them that you are disabled and need additional help, like packages being delivered appropriately. They usually completely ignore it because coming to my front door takes too long.

amazon couriers are probably super oveloaded right now because of christmas so they've been abandoning packages in the entryway of my apartment building (3 floors down) so I have no way of knowing when they arrive unless i WATCH the tracker all day. Theres no way to know, probably a neighbour.
