Paris is remembering the victims of the November 13, 2015 attacks. To mark ten years since the terrorist attacks, the city is organizing a tribute at Place de la République. Starting November 8, people can come by to leave a candle or flower in memory of the victims.

I like the clear iOS 26 icons. They feel so soulless and boring. And the notification badges are very subtle. This reduces distractions for me, at the cost of making it harder to find apps. I currently like this tradeoff.

Testing out AirPods Pro 3. Surprisingly they fit me in Medium, not Large like the previous two versions. If they won’t fall out during workouts, this alone is more than worth the upgrade.

Saw this beauty parked on the street and just had to stare. The owner showed up and we chatted for a bit. A woman in her late forties, she told me a few specs and features, and I blurted out “I know. It’s my dream van”.
To which she said: “When we were your age, it was our dream too”.

On some Friday night I went to a cinema. I was late and the movie has already started. I went down the stairs in the dark hall and tripped, almost falling. I could totally break my neck that day. I keep thinking about that day: one day one might just die in the dumbest way possible.

SNCF still hasn’t invented shelves long enough to hold a snowboard. It’s not like the entire country travels with skis once a year… overhead bins it is.
