Either way, I haven't been as active on social media as much and my reflecting on why is reminding me of a lot of things that have changed in my middle aged Millenial life and I want to write about it, but I don't know if I want to write stories about it, blog posts about it or just journal.

The second thought is me reflecting on shows like Westworld, movies like Ex Machina and stories like Say, She Toy (shoutout to @chesyaburke.bsky.social ).

They’re kidnapping people. We need to be cruel, as cruel as the worst bully you faced in high school. You identify potential vulnerabilities and you push on them. Hurt their feelings. Degrade them. Do your level best to make them feel bad about themselves on whatever level you have available.
