For me it is the frequent cognitive exams and advanced imaging. This is done for treatment of Alzheimer’. You do cognitive testing to determine cognitive situation and advanced testing for amyloid plaques reduction. FYI Trump’s father had Alzheimer’.

And just FYI--other intravenous drugs treating dementia (and assumed other mental health issues) are similarly managed with MRI observations.

Yeah. Assume other drugs. Like Donepezil (Aricept): Approved for all stages of Alzheimer's (mild, moderate, and severe). And MRI when you start and then to check if it is having an effect.

Intravenous (IV) drug treatments (via hand) for early Alzheimer's disease, such as lecanemab (brand name Leqembi®) and donanemab (brand name Kisunla™), utilize MRI scans (umm, has he had those?) extensively for both patient screening and safety monitoring.
