This afternoon @beyer.house.gov is attending a federal court hearing at the Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria in the case of Suri vs. Trump, to show support for Dr. Badar Khan Suri
I just met with legal counsel for my constituent, Dr. Badar Khan Suri.
Dr. Suri is a global conflict scholar at Georgetown who was detained without explanation by masked agents outside his Arlington home, then disappeared without due process to a prison 1,300 miles from his wife and children. 1/
