[Food (organic, almost vegetarian)]

I made Gulash today with Tofu instead of beef. It is not fully vegetarian as I still used organic ham cubes as seasoning, but I'm still proud I started cooking yesterday and left it soaking over night. The tofu cubes became really dense. I'm on a good way.
