Honestly, I know this isn’t super helpful right now, but genuinely, the best thing you can do is accept it’s there and move on - especially if you’ve had tests to rule out anything serious. It eventually fades into the background… until someone on Bluesky mentions tinnitus and you notice it again 😉😂
