The president—who is the ultimate finger on the switch—does not have to take part in any of the nuclear drills that all other participants in the chain of command have to practice. Secondly, all others in the chain of command have to take a mental health test except, again, the president.

When was the last time frontrunner elections like New York, Virginia, and New Jersey turned on those issues? -R
