I have made the graph with data on the % of GDP dependent on exports to the US (Y-axis), and with conversations with diplomatic sources and public statements by ministers (X-axis), so that part is quite subjective and approximate.

There are some curious cases, such as the Netherlands. Highly exposed to the US, but with no particular interest in a specific sector (beyond semiconductors), so it has a somewhat harsher tone than other highly exposed countries, because its interest is a low % overall.
