Poached chicken breast is such a sleeper hit, with a probe thermometer you can cook your chicken to 65°C and hold it there for two minutes
That way you get perfectly cooked and extremely tender chicken breast every time
Here I poached it in some ratatouille I made, turned out delicious

#8: One of my biggest pet-peeves in Western action animation is that firearms/projectiles don't feel dangerous enough.
The solution to this, without obliterating your age rating, is to show the projectiles impacting and destroying things.
No more pew-pew sparks. Show me stuff exploding.

I studied in Scandinavia, where it gets ridiculously dark and depressing, so I ordered one of these floor lamps from Ikea for 15 bucks or so, and it was literally perfect

Using a rice cooker is already fantastic, but the HIGH LEVEL rice cooker use is how us Iranians do it: We let the rice roast at the bottom of the pot, which creates this beautiful crunchy layer called tahdig
