This is the view half way up the hill or there abouts, a little bit further to the top before going back down. We'll go on the beach on the otherside of the hill when it's warmer.

Spent my birthday breathing in the sea air and climbing up and down a hill. It's great when you've got the mojo, and not aching from different pains to do what you want to do. Very blessed.

I know it's wrong to say it but we were lucky to have good weather for the beach. We saw curlew sandpiper and oyster catcher at Humber estuary, Fitties beach.

We saw the same discoloration on the pavement but Ade thought it looked like an owl and I thought it was splonge of a cat. So Ade took a photo of it, then on our train journey we were to draw our animal on our splonge.

Dramatic evening sky, whilst the sun set, no filters or jiggery pokery done to the photos. Wow oh wow👌. 2 mins. later I looked again and it had cleared up, no orange to be seen.

I decided to recreate Dubai style biscuits because the ones at the shops were way to expensive. These have got a combination of pistachio, rose water, cinnamon, orange/lemon peel and dark chocolate.

This curry has got last bit of pumpkin, courgette,fine beans and a little onion but mainly apples with mild spices. I'll call it an apple sabzi.
