My brother has a t-day birthday and my nephew has a Christmas birthday. My birthday is 12 days after my dad's and they are more recognized than I am. And I have a summer bday.

get a pork picnic roast. Slather it in a dry rub, wrap it in plastic wrap for 2 days in the fridge. Then sautee onions, garlic, carrots and celery to get a nice brown. throw it all in a crockpot with chicken stock, wine/beer, fresh oregano and thyme, a couple bay leaves. Let it simmer all day.

I am not looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. I always feel misunderstood and not heard. But I am going to show up, smile and "appreciate" everyone even though I feel like I don't mater to them. I am doing it for my parents.

Pickles, olives can go way past expiration dates. Somethings we need to pay attention to for expirations dates, anything with milk in it.
