Stoat has more features, and is fairly usable, but it's still in the middle of a messy transition from when it was Revolt and can be kinda buggy (see image).

Juiced 2 PC's online career hasn't worked in many years, but today I discovered XLiveLessNess, and it not only allows you to progress through the online career, but can actually facilitate multiplayer. Here we used Radmin VPN, but there's also the potential of hosting a dedicated server.
