Working on the long endeavor to re create the Island of Sodor in N-scale
Dryaw station now exist, and the stretch of line between Knapford and Elsbrige on Thomas' branch line as well. The air field will hopefully go to the left of the station and a section of quarry to its right. (At a lower level on the table.)

In other news, Gordon's hill has been moved slightly to the left. This will make construction slightly more difficult, but that's future me's problem. This also means that Marron will be above the scrap yard and the "eastern" mainline will run between the two as it weaves in and out of the hill.

Layout plan update: Crovens Gate.
The station and sheds are based on the TVS. The works building is inspired by the steamworks. I tried to replicate the twisting complicated track work inside the building. The tracks out the south end of the works are based on these illustrations from the RWS.

I got busier around the holidays than I expected, but between ebay, and a local train show the collection is still growing. Layout plan updates coming soon.

Any good railway needs locomotives and rolling stock. I've collected most of the bachman n-scale line except Emily and some trucks. They helped me measure train lengths and locomotive size so that I can fit the most railway in my space but still having show accurate trains look good.

First look at the plan. It has a long way to go and most of what's there will probably change. The software I'm using is AnyRail 6. Design wise I'm trying to prioritize Iconic locations; Knapford station, Brendam Docks and locations with character names; Henry's Tunnel, Gordons Hill.
