Sure thing, I'm always happy to share recipes!
Rosemary Shortbread (9x9 inch pan) 1 C unsalted butter, softened 1/2 C sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp dried rosemary, finely chopped 2 1/2 C all purpose flour Preheat the oven to 300 F. Cream the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and rosemary together until light and pale. sift in the flour and mix until just fully combined. Pat the dough evenly into the baking pan, poke with a skewer or fork across the surface (optional: dust surface with a thin sprinkling of sugar), and bake on the center rack for about 45 minutes or until just golden around the edges. Place the pan on a rack to cool, slice with a thin, sharp knife while slightly warm. For cutout cookies: Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick, cut out shapes, and bake at 325 F for 8-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.

Yes, with his little ponytail! I have a couple other rough ones testing out his hair for 10 years down the road, and I remember being like "I did *not* intend for you to look this good."

They turned out pretty tasty! I added orange zest, upped the oats a ton, and baked them like flat scones.

Huge chocolate haul from the Northwest Chocolate Festival! ✨

This was me budgeting for the next two years (I do craft chocolate reviews and care deeply about the industry) and was so excited to get bars and drinks from chocolate makers I wouldn't be able to otherwise!
