He hasn't appointed any black folks yet, but he has positions for Tim Scott and Brian Donalds. Donalds will be the little guy standing on the side of the road to Mira Lago, dressed in a red jockey uniform holding a lantern, and Scott will be dressed the same, guardian to the entrance at Bedminster.
