Isn’t this the federal government forcing secession? Why would a state be a part of the union if they don’t gain any benefits? And I assume the state would respond with a like for like response - no taxes to the Feds.

100% agree. They exchange their dignity, self respect & purpose for access - to keep their jobs. Because there is no news bigger than Trump, ever. But one reporter with a spine would change everything. We just need one to snap on live TV - and respond appropriately.

Incredibly, I’m still seeing centrists & Bernie bros arguing about their single issue concerns. Trump doesn’t just like the poorly educated, he LOVES the politically naive. Divide & rule isn’t just a phrase, it a political tool used by fascists & authoritarians throughout history.

The constitution has no place or power in a dictatorship. The USA is a ‘paper’ democracy.

Every product found as trash should be traced to the manufacturer - who should then pay a recycling tax so painful that they choose to use packaging that isn’t killing the planet. It’s that simple.
