its crazy that in such an interconnected world, we still prefer hiring in the same country/city.

I absolutely hate English proficiency test requirements, the fact that they expire and also the fact that my country was colonized for hundreds of years so I absolutely had to adopt English but for some reason I have to prove that to you??

Do y'all go and refactor code to make things more generic ever?
It's a relatively new thing for me but I'm trying to make things more reusable for future projects and it's proving to be quite fruitful.

being at game devs of color this year has made me want to meet more devs from the sub continent, we get a lot of love for pakistan and india but I'd like to meet devs from bangladesh, srilanka, the maldives and obviously the glorious nepal too!
