It looks weird cuz it's not done in Nintendo's current style. Some less plastic-y textures would probably help a lot, too. Right now, it just looks like one of those Ronald McDonald statues

I'm at the point that Steam is the only platform I can realistically play games on, and even then I'm usually waiting on a major sale before buying anything on my wishlist. I literally can't afford anything else

A cursory google search gave me a few reasons, but the most important imo are

1) sets are clean, but literally everything else is dirty, and socks/bare feet pick it up easy

2) production time. If an actor fumbles taking their shoes off/on in an otherwise good take, they'd have to do another one.

There are people who skip breakfast entirely and tbh I think they're the true weirdos

That being said, there's definitely a line with difficulty. Action games are fun for it because it's generally a skill check, and a good game will still make you feel powerful even as enemies become HP sponges. If the difficulty means I just have to grind more, that's when it's tedious and not fun

When I played the RE4 remake and turned it onto the hardest difficulty, my bf asked me why I hate fun 😂 I just like challenging myself! And, I was confident after how well I felt I handled the RE2 remake as my first RE game

I've only played Silksong, and I'm still betting E33 takes it. People are still so nuts over that game. Silksong might have had a chance, but the difficulty is so inaccessible to a lot of people that I doubt it left a good impression in them

It really is just like, "What if you could visibly see oxygen molecules?"
