Starbucks just closed the two Reserve stores here (one at HQ). I saw workers protesting the other day outside the Capitol Hill store (they wanted a union). This particular store was extremely popular with tourists. ‘Closing unprofitable stores’ my ass. I hate this timeline (not a Sbucks drinker).

There is a SHA building opening this Fall nearby touting‘affordable homes starting at $1,600’. Get real.

As someone who works in leasing in this area and is in a MFTE home myself, this is a great article. The ‘affordable’ homes that are left in my building are at or above market rate prices (I direct people to apply for those for better incentives and to avoid paperwork).

I live in Seattle and have never been to the Peninsula, so jealous! Have an amazing trip!

Picture it- you’re a lease up and management is changing as well as all systems. Monday we go dark (they say a couple of days, but who knows). Me and my coworker blocked our availability through the current CRM, so no tours. I don’t want to take ANY chances with this.
