Anyway, just thought it was cool that I got to help shape one corner of this silly game I love. That's all.

Now cards can have one, many, or even none gender, like our friend The A.I. here. Gender, instead of a system of three buckets they could fall into, is now an open characteristic that can we add new categories as they are needed. The "default rule" no longer exists as such, thank goodness.

(bear in mind 1e is a game where the lore actually has gameplay relevance, something that I find fascinating to this day, so what gender a personnel is matters)
One of the first things I helped tackle when I started helping with the rules committee was fixing this gender system

So when I joined the CC the way personnel were gendered was messy. They could only be male, female, or (brace yourself) neuter. This was all leftover cruft from the 90s when Decipher first made the game.
Whats worse, cards had a "default" gender. If the card didn't specify, it was considered "male"

Kinda liked the old name better ngl, but I'm still here for the excellent content

Also I once again find myself chanting, "po-ly-CULE! Po-ly-CULE!"
...which almost never happens except for that one time it DID so you never know!
