FWIW, Anthony Scaramucci suggested this strategy on his podcast last week. Say they should be released, there's nothing to hide, then just deny anything in them that seems bad and his followers will think, "he said he had nothing to hide, this must be lies from his enemies"

They WANT autocracy. They no longer value representation of the people. I don't think they ever would have given in. A blue wave is irrelevant when they believe the vote won't matter.

Is this not actually a good move, from a game theory perspective? Republicans will continue with their terrible policies, and Democrats can say they gave them a chance. People will be even more pissed by midterms.

That's the problem - the average American can't process long words and phrases. I was hoping for, "No Autocrats," but I'm told that most people are unfamiliar with that word, and don't know what to do when they see a word they don't know.

I'm guessing they've been emboldened by the response to Jimmy Kimmel. They know the American people will not tolerate their being silenced now.

I don't hire, but the trick seems to be applying the first day of the job listing, directly on the company website, to local jobs that require some time in the office
