I don't know a single person who wants UBI, who doesn't also want laws passed for Renter Rights. Nothing of these policies are a vacuum, none of them individually would solve the issues that we're facing.

This is the thing no one gets with UBI.
EVERYONE wins. If you make 80,000 dollars, congrats. You get more money. If you make 12,000, you make more money.
