I think the overwhelming embrace of chatbots for customer service (I won’t even get into LLMs at large) says everything. Absolutely no care for anything but what can be extracted.

Took this on my way to work this morning. My favorite kind of snow storm. Could have been more snow IMO, but everything is still pretty.

Several years ago I ran a oneshot that hinged on a gas leak in a cargo spaceship causing mass hallucination. If everyone kept their visions to themselves, they would have had unique experiences. But they talked about it and had shared hallucinations instead. Doesn’t need to be fancy. CO does it!

I have a 15 person sealed league (inspired by the lrr ff league) starting Tuesday at my office that I’m excited about. Most sign ups since I started hosting them last year (foundations then eoe now lorwyn). We just need boxes, so no risk of contamination. Just friendly competition!
