This just isn’t good enough. Cross Country needs to employ more drivers. There are kids waiting to go to school who‘ll be an hour late!

Got this today from Cross Country trains. 1: I am not ex-services and 2: there are no trains to or from my local station on Sunday morning anyway. But there is a war memorial and I'll walk to it for the ceremony at 11:00.

No train between 09:04 and 11:55! 😩😡😡😡😡😡 Cross Country are closing this route but by bit, and not very subtle about it. Fortunately I have a car … 🤔
