I feel ya, I think about logging again but the parts of the game I like haven't really been added to or developed for osrs. Though if osrs starts moving on its lore/quests faster it might tempt me but narratively its trapped in time.

Really? Thats surprising. I think I'm only interested in the lore implications. Not so sure on its gameplay yet unless the Trials or PvM stuff has some fun stuff that matches maybe DG level of intensity or maybe the level of Necro/Arch and blowing me away with visuals/storytelling.

If MTX is backtracked as much as they say they will and normal content loops can be created again. Then I think I'll be fine with most of the future controversies (game related) since bouncing back from MTX is probably the biggest challenge a game will ever have imo.

I'm just happy that they're utilizing Ads at the right time. Announcing the MTX changes and now making ads a bit past the initial Sailing hype is good. I'm assuming this Ad will be spammed everywhere in a few weeks from now when Sailing hype slows down or it could be past the Jan 19th date.

Probably the best RS3 Advert, I've seen in a long timeeee.

I mean you never know especially with OSRS having some crazy wild collabs this past year and I expect it to go even crazier next year. Chess. Starforge. Alan Walker. Cole Rolland. All the Creator Hosted Events. I feel like its the tip of the iceberg for next year where it gets real crazy.

I mean it is. The RuneScape cinematic universe is going to be a thing. RS3/Dragonwilds are in the same universe atm but then OSRS is definitely its own universe. All the novels are origins of the Pre-Fifth Age for all the RuneScape titles. We'll see a lot more coming in the next few years.
